How can I get an estimate for a project?
It is now easier than ever to get an estimate for your project. Simply complete our online form, and one of our professional local electricians will contact you within 24 hours (within business hours) to discuss the figures you're looking for.
What types of payment do you accept?
D C Electric of Raleigh accepts all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We also accept cash or check.
Do you charge anything for estimates?
Our estimates/quotes are free and with no obligation.
Will my electrical contractor keep me informed throughout the entire project?
Yes, your phone call or email is important to us and will be returned in a timely fashion. We value your business, and we guarantee that one of our local electricians in Raleigh will stay in touch with you throughout your project.
I need an electrician here as soon as possible. How soon can you get here?
We will do our very best to accommodate your electrical situation in a timely manner. The best way to reach us is to call us directly during office hours, which are Monday through Thursday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM and Friday from 8:00 AM to 2:30 PM. If we are unable to take the call, please leave us a message. In the occasion that we are in your area for another job, we may be able to schedule a time to address your electrical issue sooner than later. If this is an electrical emergency that resulted in fire or any other life-threatening situation, please call your local fire department immediately.
When can I schedule an appointment?
Appointments can be scheduled anywhere from 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM Monday through Thursday and from 8:00 AM to 1:30 PM on Friday.
Are you licensed, bonded, and insured?
Yes, we hold an Unlimited NC Electrical Contractor License and are fully bonded and insured.

We provide both residential and commercial electrical services in Apex, Cary, Garner, Raleigh, Wake County, and surrounding areas. If you are outside of these areas, give us a call, as we still may be able to help you with your electrical needs.
